Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak shopping periods, holidays, or promotional events.

  • Standard Shipping: AED 25
  • Estimated Delivery: 7–10 business days
  • Free Shipping: On all orders over AED 250


International Shipping

We proudly ship to selected countries worldwide.

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–20 business days
  • Shipping fees are AED 80

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local courier services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, Ophir Global cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, severe weather, or other unforeseen events are outside our control.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Ophir Global is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
